Two products we built to run our own agency: WorkRecall for automatic screen capture, and Tally for time tracking and invoicing. Both grew out of daily frustration with the tools that existed.
Services teams that bill hourly have to answer two hard questions every month: how many hours did you actually work, and what were you doing during them. Timesheet software either interrupts the work with timers or produces vague entries that clients can rightly question. Screen capture tools existed but didn't integrate with billing. Nothing tied the two together.

- 02Built Tally: a timesheet, task, and invoicing system designed for how services teams actually work
- 03Connected the two so time entries produced by WorkRecall flow directly into Tally as billable work
- 04Added client and project rollups so an invoice can be produced with one click at the end of a billing period
- 05Included screen replay for any billed hour so an invoice line can always be defended with the record
We run our own agency on WorkRecall and Tally every day. Invoicing that used to take a full day at end of month happens in minutes. Client questions about specific hours can be answered with the screen record. Both products are in early access and expanding.
